The church resounds with the Holy Scriptures !
A new piece of music will play each week - for 53 weeks
A cycle of 53 compositions throughout the whole year:

For the compositions parish pastors Gregor Hohberg
and Johannes Krug read scriptures from the Bible,
a particular text was assigned to each of the 53 weeks of the ecclesiastical year.
Out of the sound of these words Michael Muschner
composed a cycle of 53 pieces of music.
The spoken words themselves were the sole raw
material – electro-acoustically rearranged.
The music is presented in a sound installation -
in four layers of sound at 20 locations spread throughout the church:
The sound slowly envelops the listener.
Take your time – move around inside the music:
when you change your location
you will experience
another soundscape.
Inside the church the music can be heard during opening hours whenever there are no services or other events taking place.
Outside the church, in the Paradise Court, on the Alexanderplatz side,
the music will sound continuously –
24 hours a day, 365 days long,
uninterrupted, for a whole year.
